As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of JW Architectural Specialties, he aligns manufacturers, contractors, and design teams around predictable, high-quality outcomes across commercial, institutional and government projects.
Eileen brings a lifelong background in commercial construction, development, and real estate, having grown up in a family-owned business with expertise spanning residential real estate, custom home building, and commercial projects. Her experience in both field operations and project management provides a well-rounded perspective on every phase of project delivery.
Known for keen eye for design, quality control, and customer service. Eileen is committed to creating functional, thoughtfully executed spaces that deliver exceptional experiences.
Marc brings a construction and development-focused perspective shaped by more than 25 years of experience leading complex commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and waterfront projects. As Founder and President of Weller Development Partners, he has guided large-scale transformative developments from acquisition and entitlement through financing, construction, and long-term execution.
His approach combines strategic vision, stakeholder alignment, and hands-on development expertise to deliver projects that create lasting value for investors, businesses, and communities.
